Any Discount?
Currently there is NO DISCOUNT. A plot is 1,500,000. Survey is 100,000 per plot and Legal fee and registration is 50,000 per plot. Total payment is 1,650,000. Early buyers got a plot, survey, legal and registration fee all for 1,500,000. We also give a plot free to clients who purchase 10 plots and above.
Is plot allocation instant?
Yes. Allocation is Instant.
Available documents/Land Title?
A. For instalment, the buyer gets a receipt of payment and a Letter of Acknowledgement (detailing the already paid amount, balance payments and stipulated time for payment completion).
B. For full payment, the buyer gets a receipt of payment, Irrevocable Power of Attorney and Deed of Assignment to the land and Estate allocation paper.
Can one commence work on the land before completion of payment?
Yes, one can commence fence work and building construction before completion of payment. As long as they don’t breach the stipulated time for payments.
Other Benefits?
Early buyers have the advantage of getting plots of their choice. Agency fees are waived.
How does one inspect?
Inspections are done Mondays to Fridays 7:30am, 9am, 12 pm and 4pm, with extra inspections for 1pm Saturday and Sundays.
Office vehicles are made available for inspection.
What are the estate facilities?
The estate features security gate house, perimeter fence, residential, commercial, recreational and educational facilities.
Is the road motorable?
Yes it is. Solid tarred roads.
What’s the land topography?
It’s a table land, dry and buildable.
